Shipping Policy
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed on the same day they are placed and typically arrive within 2–5 business days. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with delivery details. For international shipping times, please refer to the information provided on the shipping page.

What if my package is lost, stolen, or damaged upon arrival?
At HiCatcher, we offer comprehensive package protection and tracking services. As our valued customer, you are covered for any damage, loss*, or theft of your order. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, you can easily file a claim to receive a replacement or a full refund.
- *For packages marked as "delivered," claims must be submitted between 5 and 15 days after the delivery date.
- For packages presumed lost (status not "delivered"), claims can be filed after 7 days (20 days for international orders) and within 30 days of the last tracking update.*
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! A tracking number will be provided within 24–48 hours of placing your order. If your order is placed on a public holiday, the tracking details may be sent on the next business day.
Can I modify my order?
Yes, orders can be modified within 6 hours of placement. While we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, changes cannot be guaranteed after the 6-hour window, as your order will likely have entered the shipping process at the fulfillment center.
